As with all perishable produce, as the farmers we strive to deliver fresh quality produce. Its is the consumers responsibility to pick up their produce orders in a timely manner as well as proper storage. We are not responsible for the quality of produce that is not picked up in the allotted time window or improper handling of the vegetables outside of our care.  

And a reminder, this is a CSA model farm share program. When purchasing a share you are committing to the full 20 week schedule with the farm and understand that the availability of certain vegetables are based on the variability of the season and not guaranteed. Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Credits from skipped weeks are the responsiblity of the farm share members and expire at the end of the share season.
